Comic? What comic?
 So... I was skeptical of CN's new "Total Drama Island" show until I started watching episodes. Okay, it wasn't fantastic, but I definitely enjoyed watching it. There was one couple in particular (a pale, artistic goth girl and a caring, guitar-playing guy) that caught my attention. It just screamed "JERICHO AND RAVEN!!!" ...and I think that's one of the main reasons I liked it. XD So, keeping consistent with the subliminal cries of Trent and Gwen, I have drawn Jericho and Raven in TDI style. Obviously I didn't use markers for this one...but I /did/ use my trusty faber-pitt pens! I love experimenting with other styles, and this one was actually a little tricky. Especially Jericho's hair. This retro Canadian style is very linear, and how on earth does one go about creating linear curls?! I should have made the main outlines thicker to keep with the style, but ah...oh well. I'm happy with the characters. AND OMG!! This background was so much fun!! I think this is the only time that I have been able to use that sentence...ever. [EDIT] Uh...I'm going to redo some of those trees. ^-^;; Oh yah! And Jericho is signing "date".  [/EDIT] |
